Through the Bourgonje family, Merlet has built an exceptional collection of high-quality Burgundies over many years. Our cellar is carefully stocked to allow these wines to mature under optimal conditions. Rein has thoughtfully expanded our selection of Spanish wines, with a particular passion for the volcanic wines of the Canary Islands. Jeffrey brings this diversity together in our carefully curated wine pairing and is always searching for outstanding gastronomic wines from Italy.
We also offer a wine journey, with a carefully selected wine paired to each course. These wines are also available by the glass.
