Since 1998, Restaurant Merlet has been awarded a Michelin star. We are extremely proud of this beautiful mention and quote "Dining at Merlet is intriguing, from start to finish." We are eagerly looking forward to October 2024!
Merlet has been included in the Green Guide from the start: The guide that looks at the ecological footprint of the dishes and menus, but also at creativity and social impact. The Green Guide rewards Restaurant Merlet with 4 radishes for our well balanced menu with varying tastes and textures.
We are proudly ranked 32nd in the top 500 of best restaurants. The best-selling restaurant guide in the Netherlands praises Merlet for its beautiful location and the passion in the team.
In 2024, Restaurant Merlet was included with an honorable mention in the Gault&Millau guide. This time without a score because the guide was released at the time when the new chef de cuisine Marco Helsloot had just taken office.
